augen 2004 augen was born one late night in a backyard in little havana.  materials for its conception included red wine, cigarettes, music, an old argentine i.d. card, a cd booklet, kinko’s copy machine, kinko’s copy card, scissors, glue, staples, paper, and a paper cutter.  although the product (in its entirety) was never fully realized, the sense of accomplishment for its creators that night was immeasurable.
